MySQL Backup Script


Wer das Rad nicht zum x. mal erfinden will aber dennoch seine MySQL-Datenbanken automatisiert sichern möchte, sollte einen Blick auf das AutoMySQLBackup Script werfen. Ein Shell-Script, das keine größere Installation benötigt, schnell konfiguriert ist, und automatisch gewünschte oder auch alle vorhandenen MySQL-Datenbanken auf einem oder mehreren Servern täglich, wöchentlich und monatlich sichert, mit gzip oder bzip2 komprimiert und auf Wunsch das Log oder die kompletten Backups zumailt.
