Was macht man mit einem Spammer


der seine richtige Adresse, ladungsfähige Anschrift und persönliche Angaben inkl. echter Web- und Email-Adresse verwendet? In meinem konkreten Fall handelt es sich um den Inhaber einer Druckerei. Oder sowas Ähnliches.

    Was soll man schon mit so einem machen, es der Polizei zu melden bringt meiner Meinung nach eh nicht viel, wenn es nicht mehrere Leute machen. Sollte es sich dann allerdings um eine Sammelklage handeln wird es wohl was anderes sein...

    Ich finde das unser Rechtssystem in diesen Bereichen noch viel zu lernen hat.

    Auf ihn einhacken... dann in seine fetten Spammerarsch treten. Es lebe die Lynchjustiz. Was anderes hat man ja nicht gegen Spammer...
