Dell Notebook aus Reparatur zurück


Auspacken, einschalten, geht nicht:

(Fehler beim Lesen des Datenträgers, Neustart mit Strg+Alt+Entf)

Nach etlichen Mails und einigen Telefonaten holte Dell das sporadisch defekte (weil unregelmäßig nicht startende) Notebook ab, um das Mainboard auszutauschen. Nun kam das Notebook zurück. Laut Servicebericht hat man die Festplatte formatiert, das Betriebssystem und die Treiber neu installiert und es mir zurückgeschickt. Super, Dell. Da freu ich mich.

Da Dell aber nur bis 18 Uhr erreichbar ist, sollte sich der Techniker, den ich morgen ans Telefon kriege schon mal warm anziehen...
